Investigating the Ancient Greeks at the British Museum

A Chronological Account Written By Mohammed - Year 3/4D

Earlier this week, Fridah Kahlo Class (and the other two 3/4 classes) went on a trip to the British Museum to investigate how the Ancient Greeks lived 3000 years ago.

When we arrived at the thrilling venue, we collected 25 IPads and headed to the Parthenon Room. Inside the mind-blowing room, we were challenged by scanning the sculptures to get back loads of data and information.

Once we had finished this informative activity, we hurried like cheetahs up the magnificent stairs to Room 69 where we completed some more activities. We also investigated: families, women and warfare.

After walking down the stairs to Room 13, we got to draw 4 pots.

And after lunch, we also drew the British Museum that was like a huge temple.

Finally we went back to school. My favourite part was drawing and investigating the pottery.
